In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

            Commitment to Copyright Compliance: If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by submitting a notice as described below. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including prompt removal of the challenged material from pointerpointer.cc.
        

1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of copyright infringement with pointerpointer.cc, you must provide a written communication (preferably via email to support@pointerpointer.cc) that includes substantially the following information:

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material that you posted or supplied has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, and you believe that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication including:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, pointerpointer.cc has adopted a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
